Tuition and Book Bill payments are due the first of the month and are late if unpaid by the last of the month. Late charges will be added at the month end. Tuition payments received in the office by the 10th of the month due will be eligible for a 5% discount for that month. Parents will receive a written notice of arrears beyond thirty days. Parents with accounts ninety days in arrears will be required to meet with the school’s Board of Directors to make arrangements for payment.
All textbook orders are final. A fee of ten dollars per book will be charged for new textbooks ordered by the school and subsequently returned by students for any reason.
In the event of withdrawal, transfer, or expulsion, parents remain resposible for full payment of tuition and other fees. Full payment of tuition and other fees must be made through the end of the year. The school reserves the right to withhold report cards or student records until outstanding tuition and other fees have been paid in full. NO transcripts will be released if the tuition is not paid in full.
Since the operational expenses of Coastal Christian School are met almost exclusivily from tuition receipts, parents are expected to be aware of the financial obligations assumed upon enrollment.
